The Woman Scream (Grito de Mujer) cause, on the occasion of its 12th. anniversary, will be launching two international anthologies of female voices. These compilations are the results of WS last two calls for submission, one in Spanish and the other in French. The books are entitled "Cri de Femme" (Woman Scream), an anthology with more than fifty participating women poets who support the festival's French version, and the "Origen" (Origin) anthology, with the poems of over seventy participants, paying tribute to all women ancestors, indigenous and native women.
Over 400 women poets from different countries attended the call, demonstrating once again the need for spaces like this so women can speak up and raise their voices for their rights to a life free from violence. You can get more information about the anthologies, in addition to the

The Woman Scream Festival, in its twelfth edition and under the motto "Origin", will be held throughout the month of March, from the 1st. to 31, with cultural events in 24 countries this season, paying a tribute to aboriginal women and women ancestors. Woman Scream 2022 will be a call to remember native women, whose cultures persist over time in several countries and who still suffer continuous abuses, in absence of laws that promote the validation of their rights.
