Woman Scream 2025 | Call For Volunteer Events Coordination

Are you ready to make a powerful statement through your art? The Woman Scream Festival is once again opening its doors to volunteer individuals, groups, and supportive institutions worldwide who wish to join as volunteer coordinators in non-participating locations. This is your opportunity to organize cultural events in your city during March 2025 and become part of a powerful global chain that will promote a message of solidarity in support of girls worldwide.

The festival’s 15th edition will focus on child marriage, under the theme: “It’s Not a Game.” Your participation will not only shed light on this urgent issue but also strengthen a commitment to equality and children’s rights.

Recognized for the fourth consecutive year as part of the Generation Equality projects of UN Women and the Inter-American Commission of Women (CIM/OAS), this movement needs your creativity, dedication, and passion to take its message of hope even further.

In March 2025, Woman Scream will celebrate 15 years since the launch of its first global chain of simultaneous cultural events in more than 30 countries. The festival’s mission is to promote messages of self-esteem, respect, and zero tolerance for violence against women and girls through the arts. Since its inception in 2011, this socially driven festival has been supported by thousands of individuals and hundreds of groups and institutions that, altruistically, have become the echo of its message for those who have suffered various forms of abuse. Art, education, and activism go hand in hand, creatively raising awareness among the general public in an inspiring, borderless effort. To date, more than 2,000 events have been held in nearly 70 countries.
