Woman Scream 2015 Nigeria

Last 25^th of March 2015, a recital that belonged to the worldwide chain of Woman Scream International Poetry and Arts Festiva was celebrated in the NUJ Hall, BCOS Bashorun, Ibadan, Oyo State, Southwest Nigeria. Seven poets raised their voices against women violence and to honor the 2015 Woman Scream cause “Women of Light, as part of the International Year of Light by the UNESCO. It was coordinated by the Nigerian poet Temi Bamgbose.

 

The event program lasted for three hours and thirty minutes. And it began at 1:00 pm and ended at 4:30. Among the participant poets we can mention: Stephen Uche Onyegbula, Ebere Idiaye, Deji Adesoye Williams, Temi Bamgbose, Mark-Ibekilo Ebebe Sunday, and Diemijenyo Ejiro.  

Special appearance by Adele, a drum performer. He is the artistic Director of 'Adele, Unique Fingers drums ensemble.
